I work primarily with couples who want to improve their relationship by understanding their attachment system. Once we understand the dynamics that are occuring, then we can focus on working as a couple to discover what their values are, both as a couple and as individuals. Finally, we are able to develop committed actions that support both the relationship and individuals’ sense of self. Relationships improve when there is a better sense of what brings them together, and how to better support each other. This is seemingly simple work, but can be very powerful.
