Spirituality Coaching

I have the lived-experience of struggling to make meaning of my relationship with a higher power. And in the trauma work I did with survivors, I often times found that they too had difficulty in reconciling their spiritual beliefs with the reality of what they suffered through.

I feel privileged to accompany survivor seekers in their work to find mind and purpose in their suffering and in a non-judgment free space to explore if and how they experience spirituality.

My training in this area includes formal coursework through organizations like The World Coach Institute (currently enrolled), personal study, participation in various faith groups, and my experience as a trauma therapist.
